These Terms of Use govern your use of sparcleanchattanooga.com (the "Site"), operated by SparClean Pressure Washing ("SparClean", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Quote requests are not binding contracts

The quote form on this site is a request for an estimate, not an order. A quote becomes a job once we've discussed the scope with you, confirmed pricing, and scheduled the work. Nothing on this site obligates either party until we mutually agree to perform a specific job.

Service area

SparClean serves the Greater Chattanooga area, including but not limited to: Chattanooga, Ooltewah, Collegedale, Apison, Hixson, East Brainerd, Signal Mountain, Cleveland, Red Bank, McDonald, and Harrison, Tennessee. We may decline jobs that fall outside our practical service radius.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, anyone else. You agree not to:

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photos, the SparClean name and logo, and the underlying code — is owned by SparClean or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or republish the content without our written permission.

Reviews shown on the Site are quoted from public Google reviews left by our customers and remain the property of their authors.

Third-party services

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 for traffic measurement and Basin to process quote form submissions. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site. Pricing examples or service descriptions on the Site are illustrative; actual pricing is determined per job based on inspection.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, SparClean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.

This limitation does not affect any work-related obligations or warranties tied to actual cleaning services we perform — those are governed by the job-specific agreement made at the time of service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SparClean harmless from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post a notice on the homepage.
